CONFIRMATION

• Your order is confirmed once you have receive an automated confirmation email from us and payment has cleared.

• Should you not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of purchase, please contact contact@taniadavies.com

PRICING

• All prices include GST and are current at the time of publishing.

• Prices are subject to change and are finalised at the time of order confirmation.

GENERAL

• Tania Davies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders and/or event attendance. At this time, a full refund will be issued.

• Force Majeure: Should any natural disasters occur such as earthquake, flood, fire prevent Tania Davies from fulfilling its obligation, Tania Davies will not be held liable for non-performance.

• The content and learnings provided by Tania Davies is personal developmental work and can be very therapeutic however therapy will not be provided in a group setting. It is recommended you book in a personal one-on-one session with Tania Davies or another mental health professional if it is therapy that you are seeking.

• The duration and timings of the program is outlined in the booking information section within the Events page of this website.

CANCELLATIONS

• Once your order is confirmed, refunds are not available for any programs and/or events.

• If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be credited the total event amount. This credit can then be used against other programs and/or events, pending availability. Credit transfer to another person is not offered.

• All cancellations must be made in writing to contact@taniadavies.com
