Service name: Energy Alignment (the “Session”)

Provider: Mindful Impact Wellness Hub and Tania A. Davies (ABN 20 217 854 917) (“Tania”, “we”, “us”)

1) Agreement: By booking, purchasing, or participating in the Session, you (“you”, “client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2) What you’re booking: Energy Alignment is a 90-minute energy management session.

The Session may include a combination of:

- Reiki / energy work

- Intuitive (psychic) reading

- Chakra alignment

- Aura clearing/healing style practices

- Grounding and integration guidance

The Session is delivered in-person unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., distance/online energy work). We may adapt what is used within the Session based on what is clinically and energetically appropriate on the day, and your consent.

3) Suitability and personal responsibility: You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, actions, and results. This Session is not a crisis service. If you need mental health care please contact an appropriate crisis support service. If you have a complex mental health history (including psychosis, mania, or current severe instability), or you are currently under acute care, this Session may not be suitable. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking.

4) Not medical, mental health, or legal advice: Energy Alignment is a complementary wellbeing service and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, you should seek advice from a qualified health professional. Do not discontinue medication or treatment plans based on this Session.

5) Consent, boundaries, and touch (in-person): Some components may involve light touch (e.g., hands placed near or on the body) depending on the modality and your preferences. You can request no touch at any time. You can pause or stop the Session at any point. Your consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time.

6) Results disclaimer: We provide professional, trauma-informed support and high-integrity practice, but outcomes vary. No specific results are guaranteed.

7) Fees, GST, and payments: Prices are in AUD and include GST where stated. Payment is due upfront unless a payment arrangement is confirmed in writing. Payments may be processed via Stripe, cash or EFT.

8) Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows: Refunds are not provided for change of mind. You may request to reschedule your appointment up to 48hrs before the session. If you cancel late or do not attend (without a medical certificate), we may charge a cancellation fee or forfeit your payment (except where required otherwise under Australian Consumer Law). Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL. If services have a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund or other appropriate remedy. If the failure is not major, you may be entitled to have the service remedied within a reasonable time.

9) Confidentiality: We treat your information respectfully and confidentially, except where: disclosure is required by law, or there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

10) Privacy: Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy on the website.

11) Intellectual property: Any materials, frameworks, or written guidance provided remain the intellectual property of Mindful Impact Wellness Hub and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

12) Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law): To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under the ACL.

13) Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
