Inclusions: Morning and Afternoon Tea, Instruction from Tania Davies (Meditation Coach/Artist) and Annemarie Williamson (Awarded Artist).

Your necessary watercolour supplies will be provided, however, we ask that you bring along: An old towel that you don’t mind getting paint on, a cushion for your seat/back if needed (we want you to be comfortable) and your lunch (cafes are next door).

9.00-9.15am: Registration Tea/Coffee, registration

9.15-9.30am: Introduction Welcome, housekeeping, creative mindfulness session

9.30-10.45am: Session One Leaf/Jacaranda themed artwork warm-up

10.45-11.00am: Morning Tea Included (5 min - mindfulness session)

11.00-12.30pm: Session Two Flowers themed artwork

12.30-1.30pm: Lunch break (5 min - mindfulness session)

1.30-2.45pm: Session Three Butterfly themed artwork

2.45-3.00pm: Afternoon Tea Included (5 min - mindfulness session)

3.00-4.45pm: Session Four Complete either work from session 2 or 3, or create your own work

4.45-5.00pm: Wrap up Closing

5.00- 5.15pm: Workshop close
