I spent too many years in corporate — marketing, events, communicatons, sales, project management — looking completely fine on the outside, while quietly burning out on the inside.
The turning point came at 4am in a Toronto hotel bathtub. I was watching snow fall outside whilst unable to stop crying...and I am not a crier!
