A peaceful, tranquil setting: Our combined retreat and accommodation venue is nestled in a serene location, surrounded by the natural seaside beauty of Middleton in South Australia. You'll be able to escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday life and allow your body and mind to finally relax and unwind.
Expert guidance: Your co-hosts are experienced professionals that will be will be on hand to guide you through a variety of healing practices. Their mind, body and soul approach to healing burnout and chronic stress will allow you to find right techniques that work best for you and your needs.
Personalised attention: We understand that everyone's journey towards healing is unique. That's why we'll work with you one-on-one prior to the retreat to ensure we address your specific needs and concerns.

As a reformed workaholic, Tania found that a slower and more mindfully aware approach to both work and family life not only reduced stress levels but also allowed for more productivity and joy.
Consequently, Tania developed The Strategic Slow Down ™, a highly effective coaching program designed to ensure her clients can achieve sustainable success that allows for joy. She understands the challenges of the corporate world and how the pressure of working effects the mind, body and soul.
Tania utilises skill sets such as coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, HeartMath® techniques, energy management (Reiki/aura healing), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy (eCBT), Ayurvedic Nutrition, yoga and meditation, strategic marketing, communications and business management.
She is an experienced professional speaker, consultant, coach, trainer and therapist focused on practical and workable solutions to meet the needs of her clients. Tania is also the owner and founder of the Mindful Impact Wellness Hub™ and Studio in the Adelaide Hills.
Natural Health Coach
Kama is a Natural Health Coach with over 14 years experience. She has a special interest in holistic stress management and helping women who are stuck in stress, overwhelm and anxiety to find deep calm, clarity and vitality.
She integrates many tools such as holistic health coaching, meditation, energy work and an in-depth knowledge of natural health to support her clients. Her approach is down-to-earth and practical, balanced with spiritual intuition. She applies her knowledge and guides with integrity, compassion and care.
Kama's aim is to provide nurturing wellness to help guide and empower her clients to integrate natural health and well-being practices into their daily life to restore their vitality
Kama utilises skill sets such as BodyMind coaching, energy management (Reiki/aura healing), natural health consulting, meditation teacher, naturopathic philosophy, Body neutral coaching.

2 nights Accommodation at the Middleton Beach Huts in the beautiful Seaside town of Middleton, South Australia. You will be able to choose the accommodation option that best suits your budget when booking (first in best dressed). Retreat times: check-in begins at 2pm, registration begins at 5pm with dinner at 6.30pm on Friday 2 August. The retreat finishes at 3pm on Sunday 4 August. All linen is provided. NOTE: Travel to and from your home to the Retreat/Accommodation location is not included.
Nourishing Food and Drinks, supplied by Real Food Life, is all inclusive and covers: Welcome Dinner on Friday 2 August; breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner on Saturday 3 August; breakfast, morning tea and lunch on Sunday 4 August 2023. We will cater for your dietary requirements and all meals will be vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. No alcohol will be served at the Retreat.
Personalised Pre-retreat Wellbeing Assessment. Both co-hosts will review your intake information prior to the Retreat, so that they can serve you best. Tania will then meet with you online (30 min), prior to the Retreat, for a confidential conversation to clarify where you are at on your journey to recovery.

Group Coaching from two highly experienced and sought after coaches each day of the Retreat. Your hosts will be focused on helping guests to reset their body, mind and soul to prevent and/or heal.
